Continuous improvement efforts are relatively more visible some examples, the building ground floor elevator area is upgraded with an area rug, 2 armchairs, and wall art the mailroom area has new paint trash cans have been removed the elevator buttons backlighting has been fixed replaced so there are no longer unlit buttons. More improvements are coming such as a fitness center, and updates to patio grills. Hopefully, the rent for long-time loyal tenants will not go up too significantly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI Had Two Requests In One W... — I had two requests in one week for our maintenance men and both times they came the same day and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. That same week we had a big snowstorm and Lakeview was here all night and the next day taking care of our roads, driveways and walkways I feel so lucky to have such willing, wonderful, help inside and outside of my home. Lakeview makes everything green and beautiful during the nice weather and safe during the winter snow and ice
